Artist Statement
Boss' work consists of layered, graal painted pieces, and she uses color, numbers, and easily recognized symbols as part of her visual language.
"I think, feel, and dream in color. My passion for numbers coupled with my attempt to understand time and all that it encompasses yields the art object. I make art to make sense, to organize all that I mentally ingest every day, to piece together random parts in my mind and to paint a puzzle of existence."
